SITUATION:
We encountered a situation moisture in walls, evidenced by moisture stains because of a water filtration , shows that the slabs placed on it have no joints in good condition, which is why water leakage occurs at the ceiling of the room.
At the same time the perimeter sockets found with cracks and joints completely worn out, which keep out the rain making would fall to the floor beneath the roof (roof of the dining room) and enter the adjoining room .
How to solve the problem of leaks?
• Remove roof slabs with perimeter skirting
• Remove existing membrane
• Replacing asphalt membrane with the soul of polyethylene and geotextile lining.
• Relocation of new slabs or floor either with their sockets and their boards.
